Refund policy

30-day returns. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with any tags attached. Heated items must be returned with all included cables and controllers.

How to start a return: email us at gblawyah@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.

Exchanges: the fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item you have and place a new order.
