Shipping policy
Free U.S. shipping on every order. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Processing time: orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Delivery time: our products ship from two kinds of warehouses, and delivery time depends on the item.
- U.S. warehouse items (the heated sherpa throw, faux-fur striped throw, fur-cuff buckle platform boots, bow moccasin slippers and suede platform clogs): usually arrive in 3-7 days.
- International warehouse items (all other products): usually arrive in 7-15 days. During the holiday season, some orders can take up to 20 days.
Delivery times are estimates from our shipping partners and aren't guaranteed.
Multiple items: if your order has more than one item, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages on different days.
Holiday orders: for the best chance of delivery before Christmas, order by December 5. Items from our U.S. warehouse can be ordered later.
Tracking: every order ships with tracking. Tracking can take 2-5 days to show updates after your order ships.
Lost or late packages: if your order hasn't arrived 25 days after it ships, email gblawyah@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Address: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't change the address once an order has shipped. Packages returned because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
